PGL-B Spray Drying Granulator

Integrated Spray Drying, Fluidization & Granulation System
This equipment integrates spraying, drying, fluidization, and granulation into a single-step process. The multi-fluid nozzle is particularly suitable for products with high polysaccharide content, strong viscosity, or thermoplastic properties.
Key structural improvements have been made to the spray drying chamber, collection chamber, fluidized bed, and secondary air supply system, ensuring optimal spray drying performance.

This equipment is designed for the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine granules, including powders, capsules, tablet granules, and coated particles. It is also widely used in the chemical and food industries for single-step granulation and particle coating of liquid materials.

Features
Enables single-step granulation of liquid materials.
The spray process is ideal for micro-excipients and heat-sensitive materials, offering 1-2 times higher efficiency compared to FL fluidized bed granulators.

High Performance & Precision. Final moisture content as low as 0.1% for some products.
Equipped with a powder recycling system, achieving ≥85% granulation yield. Produces granules in the range of 0.2-2mm.

Features an improved internal-mixing multi-fluid nozzle, capable of processing extracts with densities up to 1.3 g/cm³.
Scalable Production: The product line has been upgraded to PGL-150B, with a batch capacity of 500kg.

Compliance with GMP standards, the system enables continuous extract spray processing, enhances drying efficiency, and eliminates "dead bed" issues.
