Product Description

GFG High Efficiency Fluidized Bed Dryer

The purified and heated air is drawn in by a suction fan from the bottom, passing through the perforated mesh plate of the material hopper. Inside the working chamber, the combined effects of stirring and negative pressure create a fluidized state. Moisture rapidly evaporates and is carried away by the exhaust air, resulting in efficient drying of the material.

Granules from extruder, swing granulation, or wet-mixing processes.
Wet granules/powders in pharmaceuticals, food, feed, and chemical industries.
Large granules, small lumps, and sticky agglomerates.
