Product Description

ZLG Vibration Fluidized Bed Dryer

The wet material enters the drying chamber through the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is fluidized and continuously conveyed forward along the horizontal fluidized bed. Hot air flows upward through the bed, exchanging heat with the wet material. The humid exhaust air is filtered by a cyclone separator, while the dried product is discharged from the discharge port.
This machine combined drying & cooling in one unit - ready for immediate packaging
