Product Description

XF Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer
Fluidized bed dryer, also known as fluidization drying, consists of air filter, heater, main fluidized bed chamber, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel. Depending on the material properties, the dust collection system can be customized-either a cyclone separator, a bag filter, or both. For denser materials (e.g., granules and pellets), a cyclone separator suffices, while lighter powders require an additional bag filter. Optional feeding systems include pneumatic conveying or belt transport. 
Raw granular material is fed into the dryer via a feeder. Filtered and heated air is blown through the bed's distribution plate, fluidizing the solids for efficient heat/mass transfer by blast fan. Dried product discharges from the outlet, while exhaust air passes through cyclones and bag filters to recover fines before exhaust out.
Steam, electricity, or hot air furnace (customizable).
